Harolyn C. Gilles, M.D.
Dr. Harolyn Gilles is a board-certified Family Physician who thinks “outside the box” of mainstream Medicine. She practices an Integrative approach in which she seeks the underlying causes of symptoms to provide real long-term solutions, which promote healing, and not just symptom relief. She is a highly skilled clinician with advanced training in various alternative and natural therapies, including Nutrition, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement, Aesthetic Procedures, and Stem Cell Therapies for aesthetics, pain relief, and sexual enhancements. Dr. Gilles utilizes a variety of cutting-edge modalities to assist the body in healing itself. Most importantly, she listens to her patients, always mindful of treating them with respect, dignity, and compassion.
Upon graduation from Northwestern University School of Medicine in Chicago, IL, she served on the faculty of Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and the University of Arizona School of Medicine. Dr. Gilles has nearly 40 years of practice experience, has won many awards, including the “Best of Scottsdale Physicians and Surgeons Award” for the past 13 consecutive years, Top Docs in AZ, and is an honored member of “Cambridge Who’s Who.”

MARESSA M. ALEJANDRO, MD
Dr. Maressa Alejandro is an internal medicine physician specializing in preventative and medical care for adults and seniors. She earned her medical degree at Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
She completed her internal medicine internship, residency, and fellowship, as well as additional fellowship training in geriatrics and primary care at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in New York City. Dr. Alejandro is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and licensed in multiple states, including Arizona. She has earned many honors and awards throughout her career and is a member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Alejandro has expertise in treating coronary artery disease, hypertension, diabetes, underactive and over-active thyroid disease, asthma, bronchitis, and autoimmune diseases, among other conditions. She specializes in the unique health needs of the elderly, including chronic diseases, nutritional problems, skin ailments, cognitive loss, memory impairment, adverse effects of medications, immobility, and balance issues. Whether it’s a complex medical issue with multiple comorbidities or a simple well-check exam, Dr. Alejandro treats her patients with kindness, respect, and compassion. She speaks Spanish. Dr. Alejandro is participating with Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, and Cigna, among others, and is currently accepting new patients at Fusion Medical Care!

Yolanda T. Rodriguez, NMD
Dr. Yolanda Rodriguez is an Arizona native with an extensive background in Naturopathic Medicine, She has been in private practice since 2004.
Dr. Rodriguez ‘s experience includes a fellowship in Pain Management, and specialized training in Hormone Replacement, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Pharmaceutical Interventions, Ozone Treatments, HBOT (Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy), Nutrition, and Diet/Exercise. Some of her favorite therapies include Trigger Point Injections, PRP, Therapeutic and Nutritional IV’s, and LISTENING!.
Dr. Rodriguez is a horsewoman, as well as a lifelong athlete, Marine Veteran, mother and community volunteer. Her education includes a degree in psychology from ASU and American Sign Language Interpreting which helps her to understand the untold story. She has also been a clinical director and has consulted in clinical builds for both the Native American and non-Native sectors.
Dr. Rodriguez is nicknamed Dr. YOLO which reflects her zest for life and adventurous spirit. Combined with her expertise, the options for treatments become highly specialized according to individual patient needs.

SHARON L. CARAVETTA, BSN, MSN, FNP-C
Sharon Caravetta is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for whole-person care. She earned Bachelor’s Degrees in both Psychology and Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. Sharon enjoys providing primary care services for her patients and particularly enjoys working with patients in the areas of Hormone Balance, Weight Loss, Sexual/Reproductive Wellness, and Aesthetics. Ms. Caravetta has been an aesthetic injector for the past 7 years, and she loves this aspect of her career, as it allows for a beautiful combination of her artistic passion as well as being able to have a profound impact on the lives of others. She strives to achieve natural results for her patients and to feel and look as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.

Her approach blends clinical expertise with a refined aesthetic vision — creating natural, elegant results that enhance confidence while preserving individuality, where medical excellence meets luxury care.

Laura Gold has been a practicing clinical pharmacist for over 20 years. A graduate of St. John’s University School of Pharmacy in Queens, NY, and with an undergraduate education in compounding and natural medicine, Laura has served as a clinical pharmacist in various capacities within the pharmaceutical industry. After realizing the need for a balanced approach between natural and allopathic medicine, she founded and operated her own compounding and nutritional pharmacy in Peoria, AZ, developing into a complete wellness center housing multiple integrative practitioners.
